I'm a passionate developer that fell in love with programming since the day I learned it. I have 4 years of professional experience with web and mobile development and I'm looking to switch to the game development industry. Throughout the years I made a lot of little games, prototypes and participated in game jams, using mainly Unity and Godot. In this portfolio, you'll find the ones I'm most proud of.

Projects

Dye the Die

A puzzle game where you rotate a die to paint the pips so it ends up in a valid state.
Made with Godot with a friend on a weekend for the GTMKJam 2022, where it ranked #201 out of 6154 games. Later, I rewrote it in Unity and published it for mobile.

Omniblocks

A twist on the Tetris formula where pieces fall from all 4 sides of the screen on a fixed central block.
Made with Lua on Solar2D.

An implementation of an Entity-Component-System in Lua for the Löve2D framework.

Around

A unpublished multiplayer arcade game where players move around the rim of a circle and shoot inwards, trying to kill each other. Made with Godot with a friend.

Stop Shooting Yourself!

A topdown shooter where you can't shoot, but control when a drone that only aims at you fires.
Made with Godot in a weekend for the GTMKJam 2021, where it ranked #652 out of 5716 games.

Experience

Pathable - Fullstack developer

2020 - current

My first experience with remote work and for an international company in a big team. Here I use the MeteorJS framework with React in the front end. I work on core parts of the system, mainly on security and performance-related tasks. It’s a challenging job that often requires creative solutions for complex tasks and encourages out-of-the-box thinking, which I greatly enjoy. Details of my experience are available on my CV.

Gênesis Tecnologia - Mobile developer

2019 - 2020

At Gênesis, I was responsible for developing three companion apps with React Native for the company’s existing systems, from requirement gathering to publishing in the app stores.

COIN UFGD - Software developer internship

2017 - 2019

In college, I proactively developed an app for the university with a friend, UFGDMob , with basic info for students scrapped from external sources like news, public transport timetables, and daily restaurant menu. Making the app landed me an internship in the IT department, where I mostly maintained the app, added features, and integrated it with the university’s system.
